The Rossendale Local Strategic Partnership

Rossendale Partnership has 7 theme groups, each focusing on a particular area of work. The role of the theme groups is to contribute to the delivery of the Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS) by producing and implementing an action plan for its area of responsibility. Each theme group consists of representatives from various public, private and voluntary organisations all working together to deliver joint actions that contribute to the outcomes in the SCS.

Each theme group will monitor its own performance and make necessary adjustments to action plans and service delivery as necessary.
